The Foot

Sidenote here, for all those who were wondering about the foot, referenced earlier: It's fine. Healed rapidly but boy did it hurt like all living hell. Still feeling a mite foolish for how it happened though.

Hi-

I think its wonderful that you get the opportunity to keep up this blog and let everyone know what is going on. I just read an article that talked about a lot of soldiers being repremanded for doing so, and I think that is highly unfair. I just want to take this time to say Thank You very much for serving and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your fellow soldiers.

I don't know much about this blogging stuff and just sort of stumbled across an article in Yahoo on it.
I guess I just want to say how proud I am of all of you over in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as other regions. I live in Pensacola, FL and we just got through Hurricane Ivan. It was brutal. Many people still don't have electricity or water. The National Guard did a supurb job and now that they have left I miss them.
Keep up the good work and know that a great many of us believe in what you are doing and sincerely appreciate it.
Thank You and Be Safe

Hey, you've inspired me to start my own Blog! That's influence, lady! I mention you in my write-up so take a look. I'm the one who has lots of difficulty figuring out how to post comments to your site. Maybe I've conquered it by being 'forced' to start my own Blog site! Anyway, know that you are in our thoughts and think of you as one of our own even if we've never met! Pax Vobiscum dear Lizzie, Lucy

Hey, glad to hear your foot's better. Just jumped here from Doc in the Box where he gave you a plug.

Thanks for doing the blog. Keep up the good work. You're important to the folks in the field. Stay safe and see you around.

Keep being strange and unboring. In spite of your foot being healed, I'm sure you can find more ways to amuse us all! ;)

Or maybe we can help entertain you? *does a little dance*

Stopped by and read your Blog, first time posting a comment so sorry if it seems like I ramble. Dont agree with the war, but I have a friend who's a 16 year Marine vet fighting with you. I couldnt think about not supporting him while he and the rest of you face the daily life and death challenges that you do. He's on his second tour and every email he states that he wants nothing more than to come home.(Long story short)...I dont fault you guys for President Bush's mistakes. I wish every Amercian who's currently away fighting with you the best fortune and Gods speed in coming home to be with your family's.
God be with you all
