One of those weeks

Where nothing wants to go right. Bleah. Monday I was late for work, Tuesday was just screwy, and I slept far too late this morning. Yesterday we had the adventure of trying to move a big generator around to put it where we wanted it. That Didn't happen LOL. I am not used to driving a big truck with something attached to the back, and my TC couldn'd ground guide a trailer to save his life. It just ended up with us dropping the generator and then getting someone else to move it today.I took a sleepipng pill last night, and that's the last time I will do it a night before I have to work. I slept until 0840 this morning, right through my 0630 alarm. Not good. Still got to work on time and now we are just waiting for the electrician to come wire our building so that we have power and thus will have AC! Yay.

Dear Elizabeth,

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your service. I am very proud of all of you. Would you like me to put you on my MilBlog link? I don't get many visiters, but they do support our country and you.

Your article sounds a lot like me! I don't know if they have made the alarm I won't sleep through! Also, when I used to work, I still got there on time! It is nice knowing there is someone else in this universe that can do that. Now that is a challenge! I hope you are doing well.

I write on this blogosphere. I am now writing with an Iraqi I met through blogging. Our blog is Iraq the Future. There are other Americans and Iraqis who write with us. I hope it helps in some small way to bring friendship to our countries. Oh well, like I said, it is a small thing I am doing. You are doing the heavy lifting. Boy, you're not kidding! LOL I also have my own blog called My Newz 'n Ideas. Visit if you ever get the time. I would like to help and maybe you could let me know how. May His peace be with you always.

Elizabeth,
I'm sorry you're week hasn't been well. It has to be hard to be so far from home AND having a bad week. I'll keep you in my prayers, and hopefully next week will be better.
Also, sleeping pills are good, depending on what kind you use. Tylenol PM works well, however, always make sure you go to bed early enough. For me, I sleep a good 9 to 10 hours on a T. PM.
Take care and thanks for sharing your experiences.

Hey, came over from DocintheBox. Nice blog ya got here. Sounds like the change in companies went well, once the building gets up and running of course. Where did you get the bike from? What do you actually do, if you can say?

Be safe.

OK, so it wasn't just me then. My week here as been absolute hell!! We had 3 supply computers s**t the bed, a satellite realignment to do, which by the way, we are NOT satellite techs, I've never even touched a satellite before! And then, the primary piece of equipment needed to do the realignment died last night. Um, hi, stress team? Yeah, I think I need to talk! AAHHHH!! It must be a full moon coming is my theory. Things get really strange and people really moody right around full moons. I hope next week gets better.
